Fiano 2023

The organic Tenuta Bocca di Lupo 2023 Fiano di Bocca di Lupo is fermented in tonneau and remained a little shy when I tasted it, opening slowly to orchard fruit and a green note of apple or pear. Active limestone makes this wine different from Fiano that you would find in the neighboring Campania region (with volcanic soils). This wine closes with upfront freshness and elegant textural silkiness.
