Guado al Tasso Superiore 2023

The 2023 Guado al Tasso is every bit as impressive as it was when I tasted it earlier in the year. Deep, fleshy and incredibly refined, the 2023 is a terrific example of the house style these days at Antinori’s property in Bolgheri. Fine tannins and soft contours add to an impression of total finesse. Plum, mocha, spice, new leather and cedar are some of the many notes that linger on the enveloping finish. Impressive.
