The organic Tenuta Bocca di Lupo 2024 Castel del Monte Chardonnay Pietrabianca is blended with 10% Fiano in a supporting role. The vineyards are planted on calcareous soils, resulting in good freshness, salty sensations with preserved lemon, orchard fruit and tropical tones. The wine feels glossy in texture and proceeds with an honest or down-to-earth personality. If you’re going to go for a slightly more structured white wine from Puglia, this is a good choice.
