Vigna Colonnello Barolo Bussia 2020

The 2022 Barolo Bussia pours a transparent red-orange hue and reveals aromas of tangerine, dried earth, ripe cranberries, and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and graceful, with chalk-textured tannins, bright acidity, and citrus notes that frame the wine nicely. It was destemmed and fermented in stainless steel before aging in large barrels. Approachable upfront, it should show its best over the coming 12-15 years. Drink 2026-2040.
